Menzen reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be completed through our secure payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your credit card, debit card, or other sensitive financial information.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout. However, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, holidays, natural events, or logistical challenges.
For customized or made-to-order garments, delivery timelines may be extended. Menzen is not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
Return & Exchange Policy
Menzen follows a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy due to the customized and made-to-order nature of most products.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in rare cases such as:
- A genuine manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item shipped
Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images, for review.
