- Made-to-Order & Customized Products: Most Menzen garments including sherwanis, Indo Western outfits, men’s suits, kurtas, and Nehru jackets are made-to-order or custom-tailored. Once crafted, these pieces are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted.
- Fit, Design & Order Confirmation: Our team provides detailed guidance on sizing, measurements, fabric selection, and design details prior to order confirmation. We strongly encourage customers to review all specifications carefully before placing an order, as changes, alterations, or cancellations are not allowed once production begins.
- Hygiene & Quality Assurance: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges of worn or tried garments. Every Menzen product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch and is securely packaged to preserve its condition and finish.
